Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of DrawerTally, a Shopify app operated by Montreux Holdings LLC ("we"). By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

DrawerTally reads your store's sales, payment and cash drawer data through Shopify and emails a daily summary for each retail location you choose. The app does not change your orders, products or payments.

Plans and billing

New installs get a free trial. After the trial the subscription is charged through your Shopify bill at the price shown when you approve it. You can cancel any time by uninstalling the app. Charges already billed are not refunded except where required by law or Shopify's policies.

Not accounting or tax advice

Reports summarize the data in your Shopify store for bookkeeping convenience. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your books, tax filings and cash handling. Check important figures against Shopify's own reports and your records. Results depend on how your store records sales, refunds and payments.

Availability

We aim to deliver every report on time, but emails can be delayed or missed because of outages at Shopify, email providers or our hosting. You can always view any day's report inside the app.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other stores' data, interfere with the service, or send reports to people who haven't agreed to receive them.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Uninstalling ends the agreement. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is deleted.
